AT91R40008 概述

The AT91R40008 features 256K bytes of on-chip SRAM, an External Bus Interface, a 3-channel Timer/Counter, 2 USARTs, a Watchdog Timer and advanced power-saving features.The AT91X408XX Series does not feature Boundary-scan cells on digital pins. The JTAG/ICE port is only used as debug port.
